Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, published as required by Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. They need no physical or digital signature.

Who we are

The website https://www.zorahealthyfoods.com/, the ZORA app and our WhatsApp number (together, the "Platform") are operated by ZORA Healthy Foods, a brand of MK Food Ventures (a sole proprietorship based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu), FSSAI licence 22426552000057, Udyam registration UDYAM-TN-03-0303689, at No.29, Perumal Kovil Street, Marutham Nagar, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore - 641035 ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means anyone who uses the Platform, places an order or subscribes to a plan.

Agreement

By using the Platform you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which together form the contract between us. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms; the current version is always on the Platform and applies to orders placed after it is published.

Your account

Orders and subscriptions are tied to your mobile number. You agree to give us true and complete details — your name, number, delivery address and dietary needs — and to keep them current. Keep your login PIN private: you are responsible for everything done through your account until you tell us it has been compromised. You must be 18 or older to order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

What we sell

We cook fresh meal bowls — Healthy Bowls, Protein Bowls, Fruit Bowls and add-ons — and deliver them within our delivery area around Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. The menu changes through the week and is published on the Platform; the dish shown for a day is the dish that will be cooked, and we may substitute an ingredient of equal quality when supply or weather requires it. Nutrition figures are estimates per bowl, not laboratory values. Our food is not a medical diet: if you have a medical condition, an allergy or are pregnant, tell us before you order and follow your doctor's advice — we will tell you honestly what suits you, but you remain responsible for what you eat.

Orders, subscriptions and cut-offs

A one-off order is for one delivery day and slot. A subscription is a block of delivery days (a week or a month of weekdays) at the chosen slot, paid in advance; it does not renew by itself — we remind you when it is about to end. Each delivery slot closes a few hours before its delivery time so the kitchen can be briefed; after that cut-off the day can no longer be changed, skipped or cancelled. The cut-off for every slot is shown when you order. Skips, pauses and swaps are requested on the Platform and confirmed by our team; a skipped day goes back on your plan.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are those shown on the Platform when you pay. MK Food Ventures is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged or shown. Delivery is free within 3 km of our kitchen and charged per kilometre beyond that, up to 11 km; the charge is shown before you pay. Payment is taken in advance through our payment gateway (UPI, cards and net banking) or, for subscribers, from wallet credit; we also accept payment to our staff for an order placed over the phone. A coupon or referral credit applies only as its terms say and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery

We deliver to the address and location pin you give us, within the delivery window you chose. Please be reachable on your number around delivery time. If nobody receives the food and we cannot reach you, the rider will leave it at the door or with security where that is safe, and the delivery counts as made. We are not responsible for food left unattended after delivery. Delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes or other events beyond our control do not entitle you to a refund, but we will tell you and do our best.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform for anything unlawful, to interfere with it, to place orders you do not intend to pay for, or to misuse coupons, referral codes or wallet credit. We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, where we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken, and will refund any amount paid for food that was not delivered.

Content and intellectual property

The Platform, our name, logo, photographs, recipes and text belong to MK Food Ventures or are licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites' own terms.

Liability

We take food safety seriously and operate under FSSAI licence 22426552000057. If something is wrong with your food, tell us the same day and we will put it right as the Refund & Cancellation Policy describes. Beyond that, our liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from an order is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
